Gradual AXE Labs is a two-person company from Romania: one designer, one engineer. We spent years doing this work for other people — global brands, large systems, other people's deadlines. The obvious next step was to build for ourselves, under our own name, at our own pace.

We'd rather ship one thing that holds up than three that almost do. That's not a slogan; it's the release schedule.

Both of us touch everything. Radu leads design, Alex leads engineering, and nothing ships until we would both use it daily. We build for Apple platforms because that's where care shows: an iOS app should feel at home on the phone, a Wallet pass should feel at home in the Wallet.

Features earn their place by being used, not by filling a roadmap. When something isn't good enough, it waits.

Two products are in development. Keepsake turns a photo of someone you love into a pass that lives in Apple Wallet — small, personal, private. Beavr gives your entire net worth one quiet home on iPhone. Different products, same beliefs underneath.
